Location: 26-50 Howards Road, Beverley, SA 5009

Pay Rate: $32.32 per hour

We are seeking reliable and experienced candidates for several production roles in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are fit, strong, and able to work effectively in a team.

Available Roles:

1. Tubular Assembly

Tools Used:



Ruler, Tape measure, Pliers, Vice grips, Sockets, Spinners, Crane

Tasks:



Reading work instructions



Measuring parts before assembly



Loading fins onto tables



Spearing tubes into fins



Moving cores from tables to floor



QA inspection of products



Loading and removing units from oven rigs

2. Industrial Headering

Tools Used:



Pan break folder, Magnabend folder, Incline press, Pneumatic hand sander, Bandsaw, Snips, Pliers, Hammers, Rulers, Tape measure

Tasks:



Reading work instructions



Folding and pressing sheet metal



Sanding parts as required



QA inspection of parts



Fitting headers to products



Checking finished products against work instructions

3. Solder

Tasks:



Study drawings and work specifications



Preparing heat exchangers prior to welding



Cutting metal sections using hand tools, torches, and machines



Welding/silver soldering to ensure products are leak-free



Cleaning products to remove flux



Product testing using compressed air



Brazing components as required
